Watford members write to NEC alleging Parliamentary selection stitch-up

Six leading members of the Watford Labour Party have written to the party’s governing body to complain about what they claim is a stitch up designed to hand a key seat to a candidate backed by Unite

The six sit on the selection panel set up to chose a Parliamentary candidate for Watford – which was held by the Tories at the June general election by a margin of just 2000 votes.
